Seminar on Planning Enforcement

25.08.2016

EPLANI AGM to be held on Thursday 25th August 2016 from 1 – 2:30pm. Light lunch and refreshments will be provided from 1pm. 

As per the usual format Simon Turbitt, Barrister–at–Law will be speaking at this year’s event. Simon’s seminar will consider planning enforcement as well as outlining recent changes arising out of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the possible Proceeds of Crime Act implications which can arise out of the commission of planning offences.
